The course teaches the Khoury Technique (Split Bone Block), which the site presents as a way to place implants about 4 months after bone grafting instead of up to 9 months with bone blocks or GBR, plus bone block harvesting, blade fixation, avoiding exposures, soft tissue techniques and management of complications.
